Founder Alice had commissioned a rebrand and wanted new website and sales copy to match.
The thing about Plume is that they’re not your average stuffy legal team. They wanted snappy, clear copy that speaks to their time strapped readers while sharing a bit of their fun and quirky personality.

For Plume, it’s all about striking the balance between credible and quirky.
We want those in-house legal teams to trust us absolutely, but also be dying to work with us because we bring such a fun vibe. I developed copy that proved Alice and her team know their onions, without getting lost in a quagmire of legalese. Plume’s whole schtick is that they want to make life easier for in-house legals, so light, fun copy was an absolute must.

With the strapline, web copy and sales deck complete, we wrote a suite of emails and a company bio to match. Alice signed off by saying “It’s been such a dream working with you. My new copy is exactly what I wanted and needed, so thank you!”
